You won't be disappointed with a night out at Tandoori Nights. It's one of those places I'd definitely miss if I was away from Manchester for any amount of time. Winner of the Customer Service Awards 2008, this restaurant and lounge bar is located just off Heaton Park and offers an all-round great dining experience and an alternative night out. They've created a very relaxing yet informal dining and drinking environment here. Most of the mains are priced very reasonably between £4-5, and the choice is very comprehensive. The last time I came here I think I ordered the Chicken Tikka Badami (marinated in freshly ground aromatic herbs and spices, cooked with ground almonds, fresh cream, pure ghee and basmati rice) which I highly recommend. If you want to try their dishes but aren't in the mood to make the journey, then don't fear, they'll come to you. Look online for their menu, and you can even order here too.
